Circular economy adoption challenges in the food supply chain for sustainable development

Food loss and waste are major issues in the food industry, they affect all stages of supply chain (FSC). linked to environmental deterioration, economic loss, an increase hunger. Therefore, industry requires sustainable consumption production (SCP) reduce losses waste. The circular economy (CE) concept has become a popular strategy for reducing boosting sustainability. with efficient reverse logistics FSC, producers can help achieve development goals (SDGs) like SCP zero In literature, minimal research been available identifying CE adoption challenges FSC.
